ALUMINIUM/RESIN CALIBER
Pattern to classify tiles according to their size. This pattern can be made in Aluminium or Resin.
SET OF SUPLEMENTS TO CHANGE FORMAT
These supplements are installed in the punch holders of the mould, increasing the surface of the punch holder in order to be able to press different formats with the same punch holder.
ANTI-WEAR PLATES
Plates of K100 material are installed in the exit of the cavity to considerably reduce the wear produced in the diebox due to the extraction of the part from the mould.
ANTI-WEAR SUPPLEMENT
A stainless steel part is installed on the upper face of the diebox, which is changed very easily when the material loading carriage wears it down, thus increasing the life of the die. This system is ideal for dieboxes that are equipped with carbide liners.
BELLOWS
The bellows is the mould guard that prevents dust from accumulating between the basic plate and the ejector plate. It can be made of leather or silicone material.
BLOWING AND CLEANING MOULD SYSTEM
The mould is equipped with an air circuit to avoid the accumulation of dust in the mould. It can be installed on the die, ejector plate or on the basic plate.
HEATING PLATES
Accessory to heat the die and liners to ensure an ideal fit between blades and punches.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
