LINERS

All liners can be produced with some bevel. It is used to make easier the exit of the pieces of the cavity, when reliefs are pressed down and they have a 3D bevel.

They are characterised by its great performance, due to the fact that these kind of liners can work equally by both sides. They can be repaired and regenerated.

The interchangeable liners allow greater versatility thanks to its easy and quick assembly / disassembly that can be carried out by the client without having to disassemble the mould for its change and repair. In this way, productivity is increased.
On the other hand, the same format could be manufactured for different types of material, only changing the interchangeable liner and punches.

Liners made of high-strength material, which considerably increases mould working times and reduces costs by avoiding repair changes to standard liners.
